My name is Bob Warwick. I'm the developer of Locations, and also a full time student. Though I try to check the support mail everyday, an in-depth response to an issue may take a week or more depending on the severity of the issue.

Before you purchase Locations, I feel it's important that you know that writing Mac software is something I squeeze into evenings and weekends. When I graduate in a couple more years, I'm hoping to make a full time living at this, but until then my response times are longer than you might expect from a Mac developer and releases tend to be six or more months apart.
